During our live auctions, we offer the opportunity to bid online in real-time. If you wish to participate in online live bidding, please register on one of the following platforms before the sale commences. Registration on the Ostantix Auctions website is not obligatory.

In-Person Bidding
Participating in a live auction in person is an exhilarating experience like no other. To bid in person, you can register at our auction venue’s entrance, mail, telephone or WhatsApp to reserve a seat on our auction day. Please keep in mind we have limited seats at our auction house.

Telephone Bidding
Should you prefer to bid by telephone, we can call you directly from the auction room and place bids on your behalf, working in conjunction with the auctioneer. To avoid any disappointments, we recommend considering an absentee bid as well. To register for a telephone bid, please reach out to us for assistance via mail, telephone or WhatsApp.

Absentee Bidding
Leaving an absentee bid is one of the simplest ways to bid, especially if you cannot attend the live auction. If your bid exceeds the seller’s minimum reserve, the auctioneer will strive to secure the item for you at the lowest feasible price. To register for a absentee bid, please reach out to us for assistance via mail, telephone or WhatsApp.
Note: An absentee bid submitted in advance takes precedence over an identical bid placed in person or via telephone.
